Scope of Services
Moments Captured provides studio and on-location photography services in Johannesburg, subject to project scope, product count, usage needs, and pre-session planning. Any booking is confirmed only after the relevant details have been reviewed and agreed.

Quotes are prepared on a project basis and may take into account the number of products, required setups, and intended usage. A deposit may be required to secure a booking, and accepted payment methods are limited to those communicated during the booking process.

Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate product information, reference material, and a clear shot list where requested, and must make products available as agreed for the session and return process. Any sample setup review or planning step is intended to confirm the brief and reduce avoidable changes, but it does not create a guarantee of a specific visual outcome.
Policy Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the photographs remain with Moments Captured. Any licence or permitted use of final images is limited to the scope agreed for the project, and no rights are granted beyond that scope.

Photographic results depend on the condition of the products, the approved brief, the working environment, and the level of editing requested. Moments Captured does not guarantee exact recreation of reference material, inclusion of RAW or rejected files, or any transformation beyond ordinary photographic retouching.
